Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options Engage with guests to recommend drinks, promote specials, and enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately while balancing registers at shift end Assist with food service when needed, including serving appetizers or small plates in a timely manner Support catering events or banquet functions by providing attentive beverage service in fast-paced environments Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or food service environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems and gaming ..( keno, slot machines, and pull tabs) Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for sales transactions and retail math calculations Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws and regulations Previous catering or banquet experience is a plus but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences!
