• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced Italian restaurant setting.
• Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders and payments accurately.
• Serve food and beverages following proper serving etiquette and food safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fine dining procedures and upscale service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
