Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards Operate POS systems such as Toast POS accurately for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization skills Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations based on customer preferences Handle cash transactions accurately, balancing registers at shift end, and adhering to cash handling procedures Collaborate with team members and offer assistance during busy hours. Maintain a clean seating area for guests. Requirements Some experience as a bartender. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods using excellent time management skills Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within the food industry or hospitality sector is essential Retail math proficiency for inventory control and sales tracking is a plus Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is advantageous but not required Join us as a vital part of our dynamic team where your passion for hospitality will shine!
