This position provides food and beverage service while helping maintain a welcoming and well-appointed locker room for our Members. Our employees are the heart of Moraine Country Club. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt, attentive, and courteous service to members and guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure cocktails are made accurately and efficiently. Deliver orders to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet club standards. Anticipate members' needs and address them with professionalism and care. Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service and events. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Prior serving and bartending experience in a high-quality dining establishment or club is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic. Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Must be at least 21 years old.
