Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience and promote sales Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper food handling procedures Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with health regulations Assist with bar management tasks such as inventory control, restocking supplies, and managing bar setup during busy shifts Requirements Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer service excellence Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated cocktail mixing skills along with beverage recipe development expertise Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits, craft beers, and mixology techniques Experience working in fine dining environments or nightclubs is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting Join us to deliver outstanding service that turns every guest into a loyal patron!
