Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven Bartender to support both our winery tasting room and culinary service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering elevated guest experiences through both wine and food service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, attentive service across both the tasting room and bar Lead engaging wine tastings while sharing knowledge of wines, pairings, and menu offerings Prepare and serve wine, beer, and cocktails Collaborate with all teams to ensure seamless food and beverage service Guide guests through wine and food pairings to enhance their experience Build relationships with guests, creating a welcoming and personalized visit Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of bar and service areas Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems (Toast) Assist with events, private dining, and special winery experiences Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations

Qualifications:

Passion for hospitality, food, and wine Previous bartending or restaurant experience required Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol Must have weekend availability

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of wine and food pairings (or eagerness to learn) Experience in restaurant and bar environments Cocktail preparation skills Sales-oriented mindset with a guest-first approach
