Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with beverage and food selections to enhance their dining experience Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Develop beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to delight guests and promote sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods Uphold high standards of hospitality industry experience by providing attentive customer service in fine dining or nightclub settings Assist in bar management duties when needed, including stock replenishment and inventory tracking Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced restaurant or nightclub environments Skilled in food service operations with a focus on fine dining or catering experiences Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without compromising quality Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, tips, and inventory counts using retail math principles Experience in bar management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Knowledge of food safety standards, alcohol regulations, and responsible beverage service practices Effective communication skills to engage with diverse guests confidently and professionally Previous experience working in hospitality industry settings such as restaurants, bars, or banquet halls is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and innovative beverage offerings!
