SERVER / BARTENDER Marietta Country Club is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Server/Bartender to join our team.

Position Details Part-Time:

15-25 hours per week Must have availability Tuesday through Sunday Must be available for both day and evening shifts Weekend availability is required Schedule will vary based on club and event needs What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be a team player with a positive attitude Be friendly, professional, and provide excellent member and guest service Have strong multitasking skills Be a critical thinker who can handle situations and solve problems as they arise Have excellent attention to detail Be dependable and arrive to work on time and ready to work Be willing to stay until the job is complete , including necessary closing and side work Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Be willing to help coworkers when needed—we work as a team Responsibilities Provide friendly and attentive service to members and guests Take food and beverage orders accurately Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work Assist with club events, banquets, and special functions as needed Follow all Marietta Country Club policies and responsible alcohol-service procedures The Person We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands that great service is about more than taking an order. We want someone who shows up, works hard, notices what needs to be done, helps the team, and takes pride in providing a great experience for our members and guests. Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right person with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
