Bartender - Capsized Bar & Grill Capsized Bar & Grill is hiring an experienced bartender to join our team. We aren't a dive bar, and we're not trying to be one. Capsized is focused on being a neighborhood restaurant and bar known for great food, well-made drinks, and genuinely great service . We're looking for someone who takes hospitality seriously and wants to help us continue building that reputation. This is not a position where you simply stand behind the bar and make drinks. Our bartenders are expected to provide full restaurant service, take care of guests from start to finish, know the menu, serve food confidently, and keep the bar running cleanly and efficiently. What We're Looking For Previous serving or bartending experience is required Strong customer service and hospitality skills Comfortable providing full food service at the bar Able to confidently learn and explain our food and drink menus Ability to make cocktails accurately and consistently Friendly, outgoing, and professional with guests Able to handle a busy bar while staying organized and attentive Reliable and ready to work as part of a team Keeps a clean, stocked, and organized bar Checks IDs and follows responsible alcohol-service practices Willing to help wherever needed instead of having an "that's not my job" mentality What We Expect At Capsized, guests should receive the same level of service whether they're sitting at a table for dinner or having a drink at the bar. Bartenders should be able to recommend food, suggest drinks, anticipate what guests need, and create an experience that makes people want to come back. We take pride in serving quality food, great drinks, and great service in a relaxed neighborhood atmosphere. We're looking for bartenders who want to be part of something that's continuing to grow and improve. Experience is required. Personality, reliability, work ethic, and genuine hospitality matter just as much.

$600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
