Server at Tarragon Job Description Tarragon, at the Inn at Honey Run, is looking for an experienced, hospitality-minded server to join our team. Tarragon is an intimate fine dining restaurant providing consistent, technique-driven food and meticulous service for guests of our boutique hotel as well as the surrounding area. Our menu draws inspiration from the Alpine cuisines of Austria, Germany, Italy, and France. This European focus is complemented by local ingredients and tastes to provide a modern dining experience that is unique to our region. Pay & Schedule The rate of pay varies by role:

Brunch:

$12 per hour plus tips

Dinner:

$5.50 per hour plus tips

Bartending:

$18 per hour plus tips

Banquets/Weddings:

$30 per hour This is the restaurant industry, and weekends and holidays are required. Shifts vary, as we are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so scheduling flexibility is key. The Tarragon Experience Service at Tarragon is intentional and personal. Many of our guests are regulars, and our excellent service staff is one of the reasons they continue to return. We are not a high-volume restaurant. Success is defined by the quality of the guest experience, not by how many guests can be served in a shift. Our servers have the opportunity to slow down, engage with guests, and take genuine ownership of their experience. Property knowledge and passion are essential. Our servers should be able to confidently guide guests through our menu and beverage program, answer questions, make thoughtful recommendations, and recognize opportunities to make a guest's experience better. We believe great service is about more than delivering food and drinks. It is about reading the table, anticipating needs, paying attention to the details, and creating an experience that makes guests want to return.
