Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and mixology standards Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations Assist in beverage recipe development to enhance menu offerings and guest satisfaction Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events such as banquets or nightclubs Uphold high standards of hospitality industry practices, including food safety, responsible alcohol service, and proper food handling procedures Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Proven ability in bartending with strong cocktail-making skills and beverage recipe development Knowledge of fine dining service standards combined with nightclub or banquet experience Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Strong understanding of wine knowledge, spirits, craft beer, and mixology techniques Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations Experience in food service environments that require attention to detail in food safety and food handling protocols Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us in creating lively atmospheres where guests feel appreciated and delighted!
