Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, promoting safe drinking practices while supporting responsible alcohol service. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform retail math calculations, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold all food safety standards and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies, reordering as needed. Contribute to a lively nightclub or event atmosphere by serving drinks efficiently during peak hours or special functions. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service protocols. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality service standards. Experience with catering events or retail math calculations adds value to your skill set. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently. Previous restaurant experience involving cash handling, cashiering, brewing knowledge or hospitality background is advantageous.
