Server/Bartender

Duties Greet guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Take accurate orders using POS systems and process payments efficiently with cash handling skills. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to food safety and responsible serving guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Assist with catering events and banquets by setting up stations, serving food and drinks, and managing guest requests seamlessly. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through strong time management skills in fast-paced environments. Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to food industry standards and beverage service. Qualifications Experience as a server or bartender in restaurant settings. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cash handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Experience working in the food industry, hospitality environment, or fine dining establishments is preferred.
