The Social at Piqua Center has a full service redemption arcade, a 25,000 SF bounce house for kids, 6 food vendors and much more. Position Overview We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. In this role, you'll prepare and serve drinks, engage with guests, and help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all. Key Responsibilities Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Check IDs and follow all alcohol service regulations Process transactions accurately and efficiently Work as part of a team to support a positive food hall environment Qualifications Bartending or hospitality experience preferred, but not required - we're happy to train the right person Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be at least 21 years of age Why Join Us?
