Join our dynamic team as a Bartender Server in an upscale restaurant and family bar setting. This role demands expertise in delivering high-quality customer service during high-volume periods, with a focus on efficient drink preparation, cash handling, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Your mixology skills and ability to upsell will enhance guest experiences and contribute to seamless bar operations. Responsibilities Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems Handle cash on Keno machine. Maintain bar cleanliness and organization Apply mixology techniques to craft beverages Upsell menu items to increase sales Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of bartending experience Strong mixology knowledge and skills Excellent customer service abilities Proficient in cash handling and POS systems Ability to work well within a team Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent
