Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and experienced male Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards Oversee daily bar operations, including opening, and closing, daily schedules and making sure at point in time there are bartenders available to cover for others, if not will do bartending Develop innovative beverage recipes and craft signature cocktails to enhance guest experience Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol regulations, and responsible serving practices Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS Manage stock levels, order supplies, and conduct regular inventory audits Train staff on POS systems, beverage preparation techniques, food handling, and customer service excellence Maintain a clean, organized bar area adhering to health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage offerings for events or special occasions Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with strong mixology skills and cocktail expertise Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting (bar management preferred) Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience essential Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service efficiently Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests positively Food service experience in fine dining or hospitality industry environments preferred Ability to process cash transactions accurately using retail math principles Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with banquet or catering services is a plus Basic math skills for inventory control, sales tracking, and cash reconciliation Hospitality industry experience demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings Join us as a Lead Bartender where your passion for beverages meets your leadership talents!
