We serve our community with local, delicious brewpub food, beer brewed in house, and an extensive menu of wine and spirits. We are searching for 3-4 people to join our Richfield Brewing team as servers, bartenders and/or for a cross trained position. Whether you're mixing cocktails, taking orders, or ensuring every detail is perfect, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety standards. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision and integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions as needed. Engage with guests to promote sales of food and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. Handle multiple tables efficiently through effective time management in a bustling environment. Skills Proficiency with POS systems order processing and cash handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in an upscale casual setting Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines and food safety standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food service environments Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and retail math for sales promotion Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in lively environments, and are eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
