Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and tabs efficiently Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the bar's creative offerings to keep the menu exciting and innovative Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste through effective stock rotation Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours, including catering events or banquet functions Requirements Proven experience in bartending within a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality environment with a focus on fine dining or casual settings Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Previous experience in food handling, catering events, or banquet service is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math proficiency for inventory management Join us as a Bartender where your passion for beverages and dedication to hospitality will help create unforgettable moments for our guests!
