Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill splitting. Previous experience in brewing or beverage preparation is a plus; certification in food safety is desirable but not mandatory.
