Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and experienced Bartender to provide exceptional service to our members, craft a variety of beverages, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests promptly and courteously. Accurately take and fulfill beverage orders. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Lodge standards and recipes. Take food orders and serve food to members as assigned. Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with all federal, state, and local alcohol laws. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, coolers, and service areas throughout each shift. Restock bar supplies, coolers, and garnishes during the shift and at shift close. Change kegs as needed. Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify the Bar Manager of low stock or supply needs. Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately and responsibly. Resolve routine member concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Bar Manager when necessary. Standards, Compliance & Conduct Follow all Lodge policies, bar procedures, and safety guidelines. Maintain safe alcohol service certifications by completing both of the following. TIPS Online certification for On-Premise bartender training Ohio ASK (Alcohol Server Knowledge Program) online training. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or policy violations to the Bar Manager promptly. Present a professional appearance and adhere to Lodge dress standards at all times while working. Qualifications Previous bartending or related service experience preferred. Knowledge of drink preparation, pouring standards, and basic cocktail recipes. Experience with Shift4 POS preferred but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. Familiarity with sanitation, cleanliness, and safe food-handling practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items such as cases of beverages or kegs with assistance if needed. Join us as a vital part of our team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments! Pay:
$8.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
