This entry-level role is crucial for keeping our bars running smoothly by ensuring they are fully stocked with all forms of beverages, glassware, and other essential supplies. You will be a vital support to the bartending team, focusing on cleanliness, organization, and efficiency, all while upholding a fun and safe environment for our guests and team members. Stock all forms of beer, wine, liquor, juice, non-alcoholic mixers, and other supplies for beverage venues and storage areas. Ensure perishable supplies are dated and maintained for freshness. Sweep and mop all floors daily, pull trash throughout the shift, and clean trash cans. Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas. Ensure all soaps, sanitizers, paper towels, and other essentials are well-stocked. Clean, wash, and stock all glassware and bar supplies. Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six"). High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to obtain a food handler's card. Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training. Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license. Requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Do you like jobs that rock?
