Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Site Patrol in Catoosa, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate professionally with visitors and team members. You will support a welcoming, security-related environment while delivering dependable service through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal's agile, caring, and innovative approach.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate construction location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building areas, construction access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry, observing visitor and contractor activity, and supporting site access-control procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports on patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
