You'll manage your bar station, ensure compliance with alcohol safety regulations, and contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a strong understanding of drink recipes, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient bar. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to cocktail servers and casino guests. Adhere strictly to standardized drink recipes. Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met and preventing over-serving guests. Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests. Ensure high-quality beverages are served. Stock supplies for the next shift, and clean, wash, and stock all glassware and bar supplies. Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility. Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six"). Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for goods and services delivered. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to obtain a food handler's card. Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training. Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license. Requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Do you like jobs that rock?
