Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and register reconciliation Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience working in fine dining establishments or hospitality environments that emphasize quality service Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beer trends, and food safety standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional drinks and memorable experiences!
