Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or event settings. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change, and manage credit card payments seamlessly. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and accurate bill splitting. Previous experience in catering or food industry roles is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial. A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality, brewing knowledge is a bonus.
