Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Provide menus, take orders, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and wine pairings. Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared. Handle payments, provide accurate change, and process credit card transactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred, but not required. Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and provide ABLE license, proof of alcohol safety training, and a THD Food Handler.
