ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the Bartender. Maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed. Wash glasses and serving equipment promptly. Stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs. Replenish ice at the bar. Clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment. Prepare food items for drink preparation. Manage trash pickup and disposal. Maintain personal health and sanitation standards. Review procedures to improve service and safety.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to obtain a Gaming license. Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE). Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of guest service principles and processes. Good oral communication skills. Mature judgment and professionalism. Ability to understand and follow orders. Ability to understand written information.WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT
Stand and walk for the entire shift. Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying. Lift and carry supplies weighing up to 75 lbs. Demonstrate essential hand-eye coordination. Experience moderate to high noise levels and cigarette smoke exposure. Limited exposure to physical risk. Moderate to high physical effort required.
