Wine Consultant / Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to wine enthusiasts and customers
• Assist customers in selecting the right wines based on their preferences and needs
• Educate customers about different types of wines, regions, and flavor profiles
• Offer recommendations for food and wine pairings
• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wine section
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
• Prepare and Maintain Ingredients by following recipes
• Completes task list according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.
• Contribute to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor

Skills:

• Knowledge of wines and wine production
• In House Training to be provided
• Time Management, Adaptability, Decision-making, Oral Communication, Multi-Tasking
• High Energy
• Familiarity with food service industry and food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
