Job Summary Worthy Brewing is seeking a skilled and personable Server/Bartender to join our hospitality team. In this role, you'll be a key ambassador for our brand — delivering outstanding service while preparing and serving food, craft beer, and beverages with expertise and pride. • Greet guests warmly and guide them through food and beer menu selections, offering knowledgeable recommendations that enhance their experience
• Take accurate orders via POS systems such as Toast POS and process transactions efficiently, including cash handling
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages including craft beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options with attention to proper technique and presentation, in full compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Serve food promptly and professionally during regular service and special events, including banquets and catering functions
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area in accordance with food handling standards
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations with strong time management and multitasking skills
• Educate guests on our beer styles, Worthy's history, seasonal offerings, and upsell thoughtfully based on customer preferences Experience & Qualifications
• Previous restaurant or food service experience required; background in fine dining, breweries, high-volume restaurant, or banquet settings preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, or Micros strongly preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service with strong, confident communication skills
• Experience serving alcohol responsibly, with solid knowledge of food safety protocols
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and performing basic math for retail calculations and tipping
• Working knowledge of beer styles, with the ability to confidently recommend beers based on guest preferences — craft beer or brewing industry experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including catering, brewing processes, and retail math, is a plus
