Sinaloa Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to join our dynamic team in Salem. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our bar operations at a vibrant Mexican seafood restaurant with an integrated sports bar atmosphere. Your Role:

As Lead Bartender, you will:

Oversee daily bar operations and maintain high standards of service qualityCraft expertly-made cocktails, including signature margaritas and classic drinksTrain, mentor, and supervise bartending staffManage inventory, ordering, and cost control for bar suppliesCreate and suggest new cocktail offerings that complement our Mexican seafood menuEnsure compliance with all alcohol service regulationsEngage with guests to build loyalty and enhance their experienceCollaborate with kitchen and management teams during peak service

What We're Looking For:

You bring 3+ years of bartending experience with proven leadership abilities. You have strong mixology knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your passion for craft cocktails and team development makes you an ideal fit.
