In this dynamic role, you will manage lottery ticket sales while creating a lively bar atmosphere that keeps patrons engaged and satisfied. Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer service, and POS systems will ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. This position offers a unique blend of hospitality and gaming responsibilities, perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and love connecting with people. Looking for specific days available Saturday's mid-day shift 11-6PM and Sunday PM shift 6PM-2:30AM. Duties Sell lottery tickets accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits, following established recipes and mixology standards Develop new beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience and promote specialty drinks or promotions Manage cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling and retail math practices Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about products, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Monitor inventory levels of beverages and lottery supplies; assist with restocking and ordering as needed Requirements Must have experience with Lottery sales, Keno, and knowledge with Lottery Machines. Proven experience in bartending Ability to use Clover POS system Skilled in beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to process cash transactions accurately with basic math proficiency; experience with retail math is a plus Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling practices in a hospitality setting
