• Overview
• We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Duties
• Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations when needed
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system, preferably Micros POS
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Assist in organizing and serving at banquets or special events
• Utilize sales skills to promote featured drinks or specials
• Skills
• Proficiency in basic math for measuring ingredients and handling payments
• Experience in bartending, preferably in a restaurant or brewery setting
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
• Knowledge of various brewing techniques and cocktail recipes
• Familiarity with Micros POS system is a plus
