Job Description

Description Position Summary Responsible for providing exemplary guest service to all CWCR guests while ensuring the needs of all bars are met including maintain, transporting, and delivering products, beer, liquor, wine, and supplies. Essential Functions Provides exemplary guest service to all CWCR guests. Maintains, transports, and restocks beer, liquor, wine, mixes, fruit and all other bar needs. Supports bartenders by washing and putting away glasses, cleaning bar area, stocking ice, etc. Monitors, controls, and tracks all product waste. Adheres to all OLCC and Chinook Winds Casino Resort policies and procedures regarding alcohol service. Maintains, transports, and delivers products, beer, liquor and wine inventory to bar and service locations. Sets up and tears down portable bar systems in convention center, and other specialty events. Assists other floor personnel on an as needed basis. Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standards. Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs, and services. Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services. Assists the bartenders on the gaming floors as needed. All other duties as assigned. Experience One year of experience in a customer service position preferred. Certificates & Licenses Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License. Must have OLCC temporary permit before the start date and must obtain OLCC Permit within 45 days of employment. Must have a Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of the start date. Must obtain VIP (Visually Intoxicated Person) Permit within 45 days of the start date. Other Requirements Knowledge of regulations governing food preparation and service. Occasionally Other Physical Requirements Vision:
Near and Far Sense of Sound, Sense of Smell Work Environment Work will take place in a busy gaming environment with multiple distractions. Some or all of work may take place on the gaming floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The environment is subject to smoke and the associated effects. Working Conditions Conditions of employment include passing a pre-employment drug screen, a background investigation, and completing a 180-day introductory period.
