Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a lively and enjoyable environment. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly and adhere to legal alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events like banquets or catering functions. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience with food handling, catering, retail math, or cashiering enhances your ability to excel in this role. A background in hospitality or food industry roles that involve serving or bartending will support your success.
