The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure guests have a memorable experience. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, managing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Candidates must possess OLCC and Food Handlers permits to comply with licensing requirements. Duties Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring guest preferences are met Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and spirits Process cash transactions efficiently, handling payments and providing correct change according to cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to uphold hygiene standards Demonstrate proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality environments Qualifications Prior experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred Ability to process cash transactions accurately using POS systems Must hold valid OLCC and Food Handlers permits Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to greet guests warmly and provide attentive service Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient bar environment Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques for cocktails, beers, and spirits Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism This role is perfect for a Dynamic Energetic individual who would like to be part of our team here at the Tired Feet Tavern!
Pay:
