Job Description
Bantam Tavern is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our squad. Bantam is a small craft cocktail bar with a killer food and drink program. We specialize in craft/classic cocktails, an incredible beer and wine selection and a unique and exciting menu to bring it all together. We operate with a 1 to 3 person floor and are currently open every day from Sun-Thurs 4pm till 1am, Fri-Sat 4pm till 2am.
Applicants must be able to fulfill the following job requirements among others

- 4+ years bartending and serving
- Guest first mentality is the cornerstone to our bar
- Able to work well with others and take direction as well as work alone
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beers and food
- Classic cocktail training and strong knowledge of cocktail recipesThe position receives minimum wage and tipsThis is not an entry level position so please do not apply without a minimum of 4+ years bartending and serving experience.
