This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming bar experience, takes pride in quality service, and is comfortable building relationships with members and guests. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who knows their way around a bar and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. The right person is friendly, dependable, attentive, and comfortable getting to know our members and their preferences. A strong foundation in classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits is important, and craft cocktail experience is a plus . Just as important is the ability to provide consistent, personalized service in a busy private club environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Club standards and member preferences. Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to members and guests. Prepare classic cocktails with consistency and accuracy. Maintain a working knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and current beverage offerings. Provide recommendations and answer member and guest questions regarding cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages. Set up, stock, clean, and maintain the bar throughout each shift. Monitor bar inventory and communicate stocking or product needs to management. Accurately enter orders and process member charges and other transactions. Routinely work in a combined Server/Bartender capacity as business needs require. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Respond to member requests or concerns professionally and communicate issues to management when appropriate. Assist with Club events, private functions, and special events as needed. Complete additional duties and assignments as directed by the Clubhouse Director and F&B Manager. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Current OLCC permit and Food Handler Card required, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. 1+ years experience Hospitality, restaurant, or private club experience preferred. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. Craft cocktail experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and remain composed in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
