SERVER AND BARTENDER POSITIONS

Elements Public House is reopening with renovations, a new menu, new management, and fresh energy! We are building a positive, welcoming team and looking for experienced servers and bartenders. We are also willing to train the right people who bring a great attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine willingness to learn. Available shifts will fall between 10 AM and 10 PM, up to five days per week. We are hiring for both opening and closing shifts, including evenings and weekends.

What we are looking for:

A positive, dependable, and team focused attitude Friendly and attentive guest service Willingness to learn our new food and beverage menu Ability to communicate and work well with the entire team Flexibility while we reopen and establish our new schedule Experience serving, bartending, or working in a restaurant is preferred, but we will train the right person Comfortable learning a point of sale system, taking orders, handling payments, completing side work, and maintaining a clean work area Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation when needed

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old for the bartender position Current Oregon Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one Current OLCC Alcohol Service Permit or ability to obtain one before independently serving alcohol Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Availability for a combination of weekdays, evenings, and weekends We are looking for people who want to be part of something new and help us create an experience that both our guests and employees feel good about.
