Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beverage service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality service, crafting cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including processing payments, managing tabs and Oregon lottery. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods and when no kitchen staff on shift, responsible for preparing and serving ordered items. Stocking and various cleaning as needed. Skills Proficient in bartending techniques Strong basic math skills for cash handling and tab management. Previous experience in the industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers in conversation. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry is a plus. Previous experience with Oregon Lottery is preferred.
