Job Description
At Nicoletta's Table and Marketplace, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and top-notch service to our clients. We re looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as Catering Servers and Bartenders. If you re passionate about hospitality and have a knack for creating memorable experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized serving area.
Assist with event preparation and clean-up.
Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Proven experience as a bartender with a thorough understanding of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws and regulations.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid Food Handlers Card and OLCC permit.
