As an employee of Plank Town you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, food, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role.

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY WEEKENDS

Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area/server station, including washing glassware, bussing tables, and helping out where needed. Engage with customers, taking drink orders, food orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and patrons. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Proficiency in using the POS system or similar point-of-sale technology is preferred. Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus. Familiarity with food handling practices within the food industry to ensure compliance with health standards. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service experiences.
