We're currently looking for a part-time Bartender/Server to join our weekend crew and help keep the good times rolling. Position Overview The Bartender/Server is a dual-role position that requires flexibility, speed, and strong guest service. We're looking for someone who can work both behind the bar and on the floor, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and hustle matter. This role will focus on morning and mid shifts on weekends, with high tip potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities Craft and serve drinks quickly, accurately, and in accordance with OLCC guidelines Provide friendly and efficient table service when working in the server role Maintain a clean and organized bar and service station Handle POS transactions with accuracy and professionalism Support food running, bussing, or general floor operations when needed Ensure guest satisfaction by being attentive, approachable, and responsive Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Participate in opening or closing duties as assigned Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid OLCC Server Permit and Food Handler's Card (or willing to obtain) 3+ years bartending and/or serving experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume setting Able to work weekend morning and mid shifts Fast, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills Friendly and team-focused attitude Reliable transportation and punctual work habits Perks & Benefits High tip potential during busy weekend shifts Free shift meals Supportive team culture with opportunities for growth Flexible part-time schedule If you're ready to jump behind the bar or onto the floor and deliver great service with a great team, we'd love to talk to you.
