Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair, utilizing knowledge of mixology and beverage recipes. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring smooth processing of orders and payments. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards, including light cooking, plating, and presentation. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally, taking orders promptly, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and kitchen areas i n compliance with health regulations; handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures. Assist in bar management tasks such as inventory control, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending is highly desirable. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills. Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and basic math for retail math calculations. Experience working in hospitality environments such as restaurants, bars, banquet halls or catering settings; retail math skills are a plus.
