Job Description
Clive s Public House at Rose City Futsal seeking a versatile and reliable Pub All-Rounder to join our team. This dual role requires a dynamic individual capable of working seamlessly between the kitchen and the bar, ensuring excellent service and food quality for our guests. You will be a key part of our operations, helping to cover both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) shifts. Part-time position, full-time hours may be availableMandatory weekend availability
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring high quality and timely service.
Ensure the preparation station and kitchen area is set up, stocked, and organized before and during shifts.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and hygiene standards.
Clean and sanitize workstations, cooking equipment, and utensils.
Bar Duties (Bar Staff):
Greet customers warmly, take food and drink orders, and process payments using the till/POS system.
Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including pouring beer and wine.
Verify the identification and age of customers to ensure legal compliance with drinking age laws.
Expedite food for counter service utilizing a paging system.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, wiping down surfaces, and clearing tables.
Restock bar supplies, change kegs, and manage inventory of spirits and garnishes.

We offer pub fare, a selection of local craft beers, cider, and wine, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for players and fans to watch games from our mezzanine overlooking the futsal courts. We are a small, tight-knit team looking for a flexible and enthusiastic new member to join us!

Qualifications & SkillsExperience:
Previous experience in a kitchen or bar environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.Certifications:
Must be 21 year or older, possess a valid Food Handler's permit and an OLCC server's permit.Adaptability:
A "can-do" attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and work in a fast-paced environment are essential.Teamwork & Communication:
