Job Description

Hi there!

Three Mermaids Public House is a well-established full service restaurant and we're looking for an experienced, upbeat Server/Bartender to join our close-knit team. This is a heavy part-time position (25+ hours per week) to start, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. Most shifts are in the evening. We believe in a healthy work-life balance while creating a fun, supportive workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We're looking for someone who

Has 3+ years of full-service restaurant experience-Is available on weekends and nights.
Has bartending experience
Loves providing great hospitality and working as part of a team
Is dependable, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

At Three Mermaids, everyone pitches in. You'll serve, bartend, run food, and support the team. This isn't a behind-the-bar-only position. We have a full bar, 30 rotating taps, scratch-made food, and a loyal neighborhood following. If you're looking for a restaurant with a supportive team, great guests, and the opportunity to make excellent tips, we'd love to meet you! PTO for all staff after 6 months, and medical/dental insurance available to full time employees.
