Bartender/Server

We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Bartender/Server to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve beverages, and ensure our guests have an exceptional experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team to ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently. Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes or custom orders. Handle cash and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area. Ensure proper stock levels and inventory management for drinks, garnishes, and supplies. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service. Provide recommendations for food and drink pairings based on customer preferences. Upsell specials, promotions, and new menu items to guests. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize service during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer concerns and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
