Overview The Barback & Food Runner plays an essential role in keeping our taproom running smoothly. You'll support our bartenders and servers by delivering food, restocking supplies, clearing tables, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation Support bartenders by restocking beer, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other supplies Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently for incoming guests Assist with washing, polishing, and organizing glassware Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Help maintain clean and organized bar, dining, and service areas Assist with running drinks and fulfilling guest requests when needed Monitor and restock service stations, condiments, napkins, and utensils Help with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking Provide friendly, attentive service and contribute to a positive guest experience Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Experience Hardworking, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to ~50 lbs Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required Must be 18+

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
