Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the shift Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or catering functions such as banquets or nightclubs Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours Experience with food handling, safety procedures, and cash handling responsibilities Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and inventory management Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
