Job Description
The Wind Creek Event Center has an excellent and immediate opening for Bar Porter/ Barback at the entertainment venue located at the Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem, Pa. This entertainment venue, which seats up to 3,500 people, has had acts such as Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, The Killers, Bill Burr, Sebastian Maniscalco & many more. The Bar Porter/Barback reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. This position ensures bars and bar service area inventories are replenished at all times, and ensures guest satisfaction, beverage quality and cleanliness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for completing tasks related to stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of beverages under the guidance of the Bartender or Beer Tender. Maintains and stocks adequate supplies of bar items such as glasses, cups, napkins, drink supplies, condiments, etc.Job Requirements:
- Preferred one year of high volume front of house experience.
- Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must have strong communication skills and positive attitude.
- Must be reliable and have your own transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be RAMP certified or able to achieve successful completion within 30 days of hire.
