Full Job Description Job Overview Job Description:

Servers/Bartender Kingfish American Bistro & Wine Bar is looking for friendly, knowledgeable, service-oriented restaurant servers with a passion for hospitality to join our team. Servers are responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills. A knowledge of wines, liquor and cocktails is a plus.

Key Requirements:

A gracious, friendly, and helpful attitude towards guests Efficient communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in a very busy environment Flexible schedule with full availability on days/nights, weekends and holidays Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus, but not required Must be able to lift items weighing between 5-50lbs Must be able to stand on your feet for 4 hours + during a shift

Responsibilities:

Full table service including menu suggestions, upselling, delivery of food, and check settlement Maintain bar, dining room, and kitchen working areas Taking orders Delivering food Serving alcohol Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables Opening and closing side work
